Use this page to secure an URGENT discovery call booking with Sarah, after you've completed our enquiry page and read through the enquiry packet emailed to you. BOOK THE FIRST AVAILABLE TIMESLOT, THEN EMAIL ME TO BRING IT FORWARD. Not keen on zoom calls? Trust me, I'm just as nervous (if not more) than you about these video chats. As an introvert, calls are so not my thing, but I know it's a great way to uncover conversations that wouldn't naturally happen via email. But, if you'd still prefer to skip the video chat and stick with written communication methods instead, shoot me an email instead! A few things to keep in mind when booking your discovery call: - Urgent calls can be made Monday-Thursday between 9am-3pm. - The urgent call fee is in addition to your project costs and is non-refundable. - Booking times are for Queensland AEST timezone - we are not affected by daylight savings. - All zoom calls are one-on-one sessions only, meaning no more than one person from either party to attend. If you wish to have a second person attend, please email your request prior to booking. - We will send you an email reminder with the meeting link 1 hour beforehand. If you cannot make it, please email me ahead of time so we can reschedule. Missing a booked zoom without notifying us will result in project refusal. Don't forget your coffee!

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that my time is valuable, as is yours. If you need to cancel or can't make our appointment, please email a minimum of two hours prior to your booking.
